Cancellation Policy

How cancellation works

You can cancel from the RESTume dashboard billing portal. Canceling stops the next renewal but does not immediately remove access from a subscription that has already been paid.

• Monthly and annual plans stay active through the end of the current paid billing period.
• After the paid period ends, the account returns to the Free plan unless a new paid subscription is started.
• Canceling does not create a prorated refund unless required by law or approved after support review.
