RESTume is a subscription software product. This page explains how we handle refund requests and billing disputes.

General refund policy

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, because access to premium software features is provided immediately after successful payment.

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support as soon as possible.
  • If duplicate billing or a clear system mistake occurred, we will investigate and correct it.
  • Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

How to request help

Email hershelthomas@gmail.com with your account email, Stripe receipt details, and a short description of the issue. We use that information to investigate quickly and coordinate with Stripe when necessary.
