• Account details such as username, email address, password hash, and profile name.
• Profile content you publish or upload, including resume text, work history, projects, skills, education, and optional links or media.
• Usage and analytics information such as API usage, profile views, billing activity, and support interactions.
• AI interaction records needed to enforce quotas, investigate abuse, and improve service reliability.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate the service, secure customer accounts, deliver subscription features, process payments, and respond to support or compliance requests.

• Provide hosted RESTume profiles, dashboard features, and API access.
• Enforce subscription entitlements, rate limits, and abuse protections.
• Process recurring subscription payments and billing updates through Stripe.
• Generate AI-powered profile and recruiter insights using the content you choose to store in RESTume.

Third-party services

RESTume relies on third-party infrastructure providers to host the application, process payments, and deliver AI functionality. These providers only receive the data needed to perform their role.

• Stripe processes subscription payments, invoices, and billing portal actions.
• Infrastructure providers host the application, databases, and operational telemetry.
• AI providers may process the prompts and profile context required to answer user questions or perform resume import tasks.

Your choices and contact

You can update or remove profile information from your dashboard and cancel a paid subscription from the billing portal. Questions about privacy or data handling can be sent to our support email.
