Terms of Service

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

• Do not share access credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
• Do not attempt to bypass quota, billing, anti-abuse, or security controls.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish through RESTume.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid RESTume plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Access to premium features depends on successful payment and may be suspended or revoked when payment fails or a subscription ends.

• Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing portal flows.
• Subscription access remains active through the paid billing period after cancellation unless otherwise required by law.
• Taxes, bank fees, and local compliance obligations are your responsibility when applicable.

Acceptable use

You may not use RESTume for unlawful activity, abuse of the public AI/chat surfaces, credential attacks, scraping beyond allowed limits, or any activity that harms the platform or other users.

• No attempts to exploit, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service.
• No use of RESTume to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• No automated abuse of chat, billing, waitlist, or authentication flows.

Termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access for security, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms. We may also update the service or these terms over time, and continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revision.
